	<description>Eliminate credit card debt
What does life feel like when you eliminate credit card debt? Imagine running on a beach with the wind in your face. That refreshing ocean breeze gently tickles the soft skin beneath each hair. You selfishly fill your lungs to full capacity with the soothing aura of the crashing waves. Okay, maybe we did exaggerate a little too much, but life is pretty wonderful when you eliminate credit card debt.

Imagine for a moment being a young college student. You have made hundreds of purchases on your credit card without paying attention to interest rates, late fees, and parents. Now you graduate college, have student loans as well, and an awful credit rating. This terrible credit rating will haunt you until you are officially out of debt. The plot thickens. Want to know why? It's going to be very difficult to get a car or house with terrible credit. Does this scenario sound too much like your life? Well it's time to eliminate credit card debt.

Elimination tips
Maybe your financial situation isn't as dismal as this young college graduate, but you could still afford to eliminate credit card debt in your life. Then you've come to the right place. If you seriously want to eliminate credit card debt, you are going to have to take a financial and personal inventory of your life. First and foremost, in order to eliminate credit card debt, you should make a list of all the credit cards you own. We ask this of you because many folks have several cards, some of which they rarely use. Figure out which cards have the highest balances and interest rates and devote most of the focus to those. In order to eliminate credit card debt, you are going to need to focus first on the one or two cards with the highest balances and interest rates. As for the rest, pay the absolute minimum. Once you have completely paid off the most expensive of cards, promote the next card or two to a similar position. It is an endless, but effective cycle to eliminating your credit card debt.
